Norway NO2 (Kristiansand) (NO2) bidding zone
Southern Norway, and the zone carrying Norway's subsea interconnectors to Denmark, Germany, the Netherlands and Great Britain. Those links couple NO2 to Continental and British prices far more tightly than the rest of Norway.

The EIC is the in_Domain / out_Domain value for ENTSO-E Transparency Platform queries against this zone. Verify it against the ENTSO-E EIC registry before relying on it: several countries publish aliased bidding-zone, control-area and market-balance-area domains, and the correct one depends on what is being asked for.
What an analyst watches here
The most externally-driven Norwegian zone. Divergence between NO2 and its northern neighbours is usually about reservoir levels and internal constraints rather than anything happening in the market.

Neighbours are day-ahead coupling topology only — no capacity and no direction. They are what the reconstruction uses to derive a coupling reference price for modelled net imports, and they are not a substitute for allocated cross-zonal capacity, which is not yet ingested.
