The same form opens from the Contact us button in the corner of every page. Opened from there it carries the page you were on, which is usually the fastest way to report something that is not working.
What to expect
- Who reads it
- A person, not a queue. TradingSurv is built by a small team and messages are not triaged by anyone else first.
- Reply
- To the address you give, and only about your message. No newsletter, no sales sequence.
- Reporting something broken
- Say which page, which bidding zone and which delivery day. A finding that looks wrong is worth reporting even if you are not sure. A screen firing on a real market event and a screen firing on our own bad data look identical from the outside, and only one of them is our bug.
- What we cannot answer
- Whether a specific participant committed market abuse. Every finding in this product is an indicator for human review, never a determination, and that limit does not move because the question arrives by email.
Data protection requests
Access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability and objection requests under the GDPR and UK GDPR are made through this form. State which right you are exercising and the account email it concerns. What is processed, and why, is set out in the privacy policy.
